WILL MY CARPET SHRINK?
As we are NCCA qualified, we are able to identify carpets that a likely to suffer shrinkage problem, we use three cleaning methods, enabling us to clean virtually any type of carpet, without risk.
ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES ADDED ON?
Most definitely not, some companies will offer you an extremely reasonable quote (by a leaflet or over the phone) just to get their ‘foot in the door’, once in, they will then look for ways to increase the price.
ARE YOU FULLY TRAINED?
Yes, we have attended NCCA training days and passed written examinations to achieve our membership, a simple course given away with the purchase of a piece of equipment is not a qualification!
DO I NEED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY WHEN YOU ARE CLEANING?
Not at all, we use human friendly, safe solutions that pose no risk to you and your family. We are also pleased for you to see the way we work.
CAN YOU REMOVE ANY STAIN?
Even though we have an excellent record when it comes to stain removal, any carpet cleaning company would be foolish to simply say yes, we now face added problems as the popularity of using some domestic ‘wonder products’ grows, often a stain will be ‘fixed’ using this type of solution.
I HAVE HEARD THAT CARPETS GET DIRTY QUICKLY AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANED
We use a detergent free system that is residue free, which means no acidic or alkaline rinsing agent is required. A long lasting clean is a guaranteed each and every time.
HOW LONG DOES THE CARPET TAKE TO DRY?
When using our Hot Water Extraction System in conjunction with our Wonder Wand, carpets can be totally dry within two hours, our low moisture system will deliver a dry carpet in approximately 30 minutes, and when we dry clean, your carpets can be used as soon as we are finished.
ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?
This is an extremely important question, many carpet cleaners will say they are insured, which will be true, but full ‘TREATMENTS RISK’ insurance is the only cover that applies to carpet and upholstery cleaning, anything else will not do.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN MY CARPETS AND UPHOLSTERY
This is dependant on you circumstances, if you have a large family and a dog for example, we would suggest between 12-18 months, perhaps there are just two people living in a house with no pets, we would then recommend 18-24 months.
IS IT WORTH APPLYING PROTECTOR AFTER YOU HAVE CLEANED
The answer is YES, protective treatments are an excellent way of prolonging the life of your carpet and upholstery, this treatment effectively ‘buys you time’ when a spillage happens.
