Our terms

We offer an open and clear quotation policy.

After all works are completed we take payment via card / transfer / cash / cheque.

We move furniture when possible and ask clients to have any area we are working in as clear as possible.

If large items of furniture are to be moved we ask customers to empty / clear furniture of breakables or contents that will make them heavy.

If two technicians are required to attend to move items the original quotation will be affected.

If we are moving beds, then any storage boxes / items are asked to be removed.

We may take photographs of areas before & after we work.

If a booking is cancelled less than 12 hours prior to our arriving with you a booking fee of £45 may be charged.

When on site we require access to power and water.

If we are working in a warden controlled parking area we ask clients to cover our parking costs or provide us with a permit.

If we attend site and can’t execute agreed works we reserve the right to charge a fee of £45 to cover our costs.

We ask for small children / pets to be kept out of all areas we are working in whilst in your property.


Use of domestic type products

Our products are safe and effective when cleaning sofas, rugs and carpets.

Sometimes when we are working we discover fibre discolour or bleaching when people have used domestic type products.

Chemical cocktails will sometimes affect colour stability in your fibres – our solutions are safe and will not cause damage to fibres.
